Yall ready to pay $20 million per year directly to players? Not talking about NIL.
Trev Albert already cut the fat at Texas A&M.
Yall laughed but it will be your turn soon.

This paying players mess and NIL is the biggest crock of BS I’ve ever seen in sports. And I’ve lived long enough to see some crocks…

Can you read? This is the university AD cutting checks. NOT nil.

I thought Aggie had more money than anyone? Why are you guys complaining?

Say goodbye to stadium upgrades and all of Billy Napier’s 200 grad assistants.

This has potential to hurt non revenue sports if it turns into some sort of revenue sharing type thing. I'm withholding final judgement until the details are worked out, but if there is a cap on all schools then NIL will still be important for recruiting purposes.

That is all they are good at.

NIL will always be there so teams can get a leg up, even with school paying players directly.

Well no one else in the conference had to pay a $78 million buyout so we’re good

You set this in motion by buying a top recruiting class and beating your chest about it. Now Pandora’s box has been opened and shite has hit the fan. Thanks alot, great job you rich sacks of shite.
Now we all have to deal with your ignorance. Well done. Is that what you want to hear?
Go away and take the other with you.

We are just fine. We get a donation every time you buy gas.
An $80 million baseball stadium upgrade was just approved. Did a major football stadium upgrade at almost zero per cent interest before all the inflation hit.

How did Trev Alberts do as the AD at Nebraska? Maybe it didn't work and now he is at Texas A&M and saying need to cut the spending and that might end up backfiring.

I'm quite sure, athletic departments, just like general university campus, has tons more people than they need to get the daily work done.

If there is one thing no one on this board is gonna do, its listen to Aggies on how to run an athletics program.
Yall had to lay people off so yall could keep all the Olympic sports going for some natties in your trophy case.

I’ve never understood A&M’s belief that all they needed to do is throw enough money at the problem and championships will rain down from Heaven.
I’m afraid the college football landscape is going to change so much in the next few years that we won’t recognize what we’re looking at.

To make matters worse the Colorado case was not rolled in, so you could be looking at an additional 10-20 million on top of the projected 30. There are going to be a lot changes. And this is if the judge signs off w/o jacking it up even more.
