I’m sure he found plenty of time during the 16 hours a day he’s working to push a lawsuit against against your coach.
In all likelihood, some 20 year old kid is mad he was promised $13M only to have it taken away from him.
But you go on believing Kirby is pushing for one of his colleagues to get sued.

I don't think his age factors in.
All of us would be pissed if we had a 9.5 million dollar deal, gave that up to get a promised 13.5 million dollar deal and ended up getting nothing because we were lied to.
Even an old fart like me would be pissed about that.

Josh Pate said his sources told him that Kirby did not initiate the suit but did "give his approval" when asked by the player & his attys. FWIW.
