Vacating wins after the fact is just stupid.

Violations for stuff that would be legal now under NIL rules should be pardoned and expunged. It’s just like the proposals in Congress to legalize weed and pardon/expunge criminal records for people who used it recreationally.

Well ESPN now owns the Heisman trophy and we know now how woke Disney and ESPN really is today. It was illegal win he did it so he was punished by those standards. But if this is the case then no school ever committed or paid a player and or recruit an illegal payment. So all punishment delved out is now null,and void and all wins that were taken and all money paid should be instantly returned to all institutions. All players and coaches who were suspended are going to want reparations.
