Let me be clear, as a lifelong (waning in recent years) Cowboys fan I've always despised the 9'ers, but I hate KC even more and ex Longhorn Kyle Shanahan is leading SF so I make a one time exception. Also, frick jerrah for letting the 40 whiners return to prominence before my Boys

For me Super Bowl Sunday has always been like a holiday event, who’s playing or entertaining or such is secondary to the food, drink, and fellowship at the party.

I’ve always wished it was played on Saturday so Sunday could be recovery day. It should be a good game this year so I may actually watch more of it this year.

Life’s too short to deprive ourselves of a chance at some enjoyment because of petty bullshite.

I don't care about the Swift stuff, but I prob won't watch because the matchup has no intrigue to me.

This ant -Taylor Swift thing feels so much like some of our voters in this country.
It is like a status symbol of some sort.

Well, just enjoy that it is the #1 day in America for sex trafficking, especially of minors.

That's what Sssuper Bowl should be synonymous with.

The NFL has significantly DOWNGRADED IT'S halftime entertainment show over the years.
I change the channel on that shite.

All wrong.

So what I gathered from your post is you don’t like gay people, Asians or Black people. You sound awesome.

I am not boycotting it - but I am just not interested in it.

Don’t really care.

I would have watched to see if the Lions could have gotten a ring.

I would have watched to see if the ravens could have gotten a ring.

These guys……whatever. Not frustration. Just apathy.

I don’t plan to avoid it and will watch it there is nothing else on.

However, I just discovered the show Blacklist and I am hooked in season 1.

Same. My main interest in pro sports is if there are Bama players on the team. I would be watching if Detroit had won.

In a perfect world, how would you plan a perfect superbowl for everyone to enjoy, including yourself, from the type of commercials, to the halftime performance, to the way the game is displayed?

For most games I usually turn it on in the 4th if it's close. Great way to skip the political BS/slow parts and only watch the important part

The 80s called and said yo, it's the voice of a New Generation.

Also, Aggy and boycotts.
