WNBA players wanting equal pay with NBA players. You don't think that's about to be injected into college

I don't think that's going to fly.

If I remember correctly, the US Women's Soccer Team took the US Olympic Committe (or somebody) to court for this very thing. In court it was brought out that the revenues generated by Women's Soccer weren't equal to those generated by the Men's team and they lost their case.

I would expect the same thing would happen in the case of the WNBA. And that would also apply to women's college sports and non-revenue producing sports

Once athletes become employees Title IX and equity of funding no longer applies.

Has nothing to do with revenue generating. The schools aren't supposed to be involved. If you have a top women's gymnast and she endorses a product she gets NIL money. Now if you want to have a top gymnastics team, how many women are you going to have to pay to have it?
