The hire makes complete sense to me; not sure why everyone thinks it's a bad hire.

No matter who got hired, there is a great chance they are a sacrificial lamb.

I actually feel bad for Deboer and only hope he got a low buyout so he has an escape hatch.

Honestly I don't think there was any sure win in Bama's situation. Following Saban is a tough spot.

We were fools for not hiring Kiffin. I hope I’m wrong but this DeBoer was not a college coach 5 years ago and now he is the head coach at Alabama? This has Gus Malayan written all over it. I hope I’m wrong!
