We both know that Muschamp will still be fully involved in the game plans and that Shumann will be calling the plays there. He would’ve stayed at Bama to be the lead DC as opposed to the DC in name only he’ll be in Athens.
Downs removed everything Bama from X as soon as DeBoer was hired.
Could be pull a miracle and still be such a good X’s and O’s coach that we win a lot of games with him? Possibly.
He is coming in and burning the defensive strategy, and staff to the ground when there is no way he can do it better than the GOAT. He was left with gold and he basically threw it away and said, “nah I’ll mine for it myself.”

You know you don’t have to keep replying right? You could take a few plays off to catch your breath.
The last time I can remember a school making a coaching hire soley to get a player, Mitch Mustain didn’t amount to anything and transferred. And it wrecked Arkansas football.
I hope we keep Caleb Downs. But one player can not dictate a coaching hire.

You are basing this off of the 14 hour window from the time he landed to the time TRob was announced as being hired by UGA.
