Saban sticking around is a double edged sword. Makes me think we hire someone who is definitely comfortable working with.

That being said, sounds like the new hire will work for Saban more so than the board or Byrne

Am I the only one that is troubled by this? How are we supposed to attract top coaching talent with Nick Saban still involved in some way? I don’t see any serious candidates wanting anything to do with that.
