to convince Baker to leave Mizzou for LSU.
Wow!
I'm surprised LSU had to give so much to get him.

Was it that bad? I had no idea.

We offered over $2M. Frankly that’s overpaying at that price.

I honestly can not name a single assistant on A&M’s staff. Or Missouri’s for that matter. Strange to me how upset people get over another school’s assistant coach hires.

You're paying Jimbo over $70 million not to coach.

Over on the lsu boards you see arguments on Which was your favorite national championship in the last 25 years.
Hugh’s team just paid a guy 77mm to leave.
Where is your mind right now, boy?

Wow, I didn’t know he was still in college sports. He’s a local guy.

Elko convinced him to join the staff because Elko is serious about having a culture of hard work, and Moffitt can see that. Not all coaches really buy into that kind of mentality.

Good for Tommy, keep getting them checks. He’s got to be in his mid-50s by now.
