Georgia was without their Starting ILB, they loss their Starting RT in the 1st half. Brock was at 70% at best and Ladd was trying to make a go of it with a body that was fighting compounding injuries.

The Playoff committee knew for a fact that Georgia would be an entirely different animal with 30 plus days to recover. And let’s be honest… a 3 peat would not have been a good thing for college football.

Remember, UGA basically had nothing left in the tank and loss to Bama by 3 points.

My GOD what a team Kirby has built

Really? Kind of like Bama in 2021. Injuries cost us.

Only reason Georgia got the win over Bama three years ago because Bama had their best playmakers out. You got run out of the stadium.
