I want to say Burrow at #1 because of how insane his numbers were on top of them going undefeated and winning a national championship but I don't think there's a guy on this list nearly as valuable as Cam Newton was to that Auburn team.
Auburn was 29th in DF+ in 2010. F+ ratings go back to 2007. No other team ranked outside the teens has won a national championship.

I don’t think you can go wrong with a top 2 of burrow and newton.
Newton was Auburns entire team that year. One of the best players I’ve watched at the college level.

Burrow’s numbers are on another level but there’s no denying Cam’s value to that Auburn team. He WAS their team.

it really is staggering when you think about it. AU nearly lost 5 games that year WITH Cam. If he isn't on the team they potentially may barely go .500. Yet with him they're undefeated national champs. Crazy.

It’s hard to compare eras, so I think I would pass on comparing the first three to the rest. Those guys played during a time when the forward pass was considered high risk.
Other than that, I’d probably ask questions like:
Who was around them?
How good was their OL?
How stacked was their WR corps?
How often were they pulled early vs coaches leaving them in?
Taking all that into account… Daniels would probably be my #1. Burrow was amazing, but so was his WR corps. Not that Daniels had no one to throw to, but 2019 LSU WR corps was absurd.
Wuerffel had a lot of surrounding talent, Manziel owed a TON of his success just chucking it up to Evans. Etc,etc.
Other than that, I’d probably ask questions like:

Manziel had better rushing stats than Newton and was a highly impressive player. But there's a lot of variables (like O-line) that can affect that. If you ask NFL, they would take Newton first over Manziel.
Back in Spurrier and Sullivan's day, a 60% completion rate was considered phenomenal. Part of this is probably because they threw deeper routes more often back then (not as many short quick outs). Also, the WR's today are just better, which helps a QB's stats.

I still remember Cam outrunning Patrick Peterson. Great college athlete, wasn't the greatest pro out there but the NFL is difficult.
