4 MM may be a bargain when this year’s carousel stops spinning.
Hell, I saw a report (not sure how true it is) that tOSU may be offering 25 MM to keep Marvin Harrison Jr.
That’s absurd money for ANY player, but frankly clinically retarded to offer to a non-QB.
