Dunno about this recruit, but you’d be surprised. Had a local HS coach recently say one of his elite kids has offers north of that figure.

You obviously haven't seen Williams play. He is more than just a WR. He sometimes takes direct snaps from center and returns punts. Williams is last year's Mr. Football in Alabama, and is a major factor in Saraland HS's quest for back to back 6A titles.
