As a fan of a founding member of this fine conference, I have a motion to send these fools out of this conference.
Mizzou, you’re a shitty fit, but frick it, you’ve been here long enough, you can stay. Arkie, you fit right in!

You can make a difference. Stop giving to your school, attending games and tuning in. Maybe the school presidents who unanimously voted for expansion might care then.

Texas and Texas A&M were never in the Big 8. We’ll see you in Austin next year.

Not to be a buzz kill, but Texas, aTm, and Arkansas were never in the Big 8.
The Big 8 was Oklahoma, Okla State, Kansas, Kansas State, Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa State, and Colorado.
Arkansas bolted to the SEC from the old Southwest Conference. The four major Texas schools from the Southwest Conference merged with the Big 8 to form the Big 12. When Nebraska got fed up with getting shafted by the Longhorns, they bolted for the Big 10.
But yeah...everything else you said. frick 'em.
