He improved the A&M offense from 101th to 53th in total offense with mediocre QB play.
He is past his prime but when he was the HC at Missouri State, he had a 24-7 lead in the second quarter and Arkansas needed a fourth quarter rally to win the game.
His coaching on that day embarrassed the OL coach on the other sidelines that day.
