4.7 is above average for a QB. We've just been spoiled with Nick marshall and Cam Newton running like 4.5 or better. Bo Nix is probably 4.6

Greg Rob was considered a freak for running a 4.92.
That is beyond the point as well. If you are at a small school with little talent a 4.7 new kid on the block will look fast. Its all relative.
