Paying 76 million to get out over the program being "stuck in neutral" will be examined for years to come.
If they only ended up hiring brother Hugh freeze then Congress might get involved. lol!

Why would aTm let him make the next hire didn’t he up the last contract? Seems like they would have cleaned house on everything around Jimbo and that massive guaranteed contract
