Is Oats fixing to go back to a 3 guard starting lineup and having two bigs. One of our bigs has been doing a good job in Nelson but he is not a true 5.

I'm not saying we shouldn't consider it, but literally every big outside of Nelson was freaking miserable against Auburn. I'll admit I was a little cross with the decision to go small when Williams was roasting us, but it's not like any of the other bigs proved that was the wrong decision.

I may be in the minority, but I just don't think Stevenson should be getting minutes over Mo at this point unless he's paired with Wague or Pringle (for floor spacing purposes). But outside of shooting , Mo just provides so much more than Stevenson does. Once Stevenson gets stronger, he could be a force, but right now he's getting abused defensively and doesn't provide enough consistent offense to justify these minutes.

Stevenson has never had a problem defensively during the five games since the game against Missouri. He actually showed great improvement defensively. In the game on January 24th, he successfully defended Broome at the post twice in a row.
In fact, most of the games in which he played for a short period of time were due to defensive weaknesses. But since the game against Tennessee, he's been consistently getting over 20 minutes of playing time and has even played in clutch time.
Recently, Stevenson has played with Nelson much more than with Pringle and Wague.
(Because I was not able to watch the game on February 7th, I did not evaluate the players for the last game.)
