I get it, but how has the PAC-12 made a case? I can’t think of any impressive non-conference wins.

SEC was horrendous in non-con. That will not be working in anyone’s favor.

I agree. Mississippi St.’s win over Arizona is all we have. Utah beat Florida and BYU beat Arkansas.

Big 12 is in even with one loss imo
Big 10 will be Michigan or OSU no doubt
FSU is probably in with 1 loss if it is to a conference champ. They have an impressive win over LSU.
So that leaves SEC vs PAC-12. We have to hope Washington drops a game.

As long as it isn’t Georgia, I’m ok with it though.

we need uga to stay undefeated until the seccg. bama no more losses and beat uga. bama would have the best win in the country. if, they dont jump michigan over uga when they beat tosu. y'all know how they love them some big ten.

Absolute best case is Michigan losing to Penn St. but beating OSU in a close one

I think so. That's why I really wanted to see OU, TX, FSU, Ohio State, and Washington go down yesterday when they all looked like they were in trouble at some point. They all pulled out victories eventually.

I say it’s complicated. A lot matters on how you win and how the undefeated teams win. If they have a bunch of close games they shouldn’t and maybe an overtime win then that changes things. The committee has said they look at everything and if Bama starts dominating these last few games and beats UGA convincingly then you have an argument for #4.
If we win out we will get #4 due to Saban, Bama past greatness and let’s be honest Bama puts eyeballs on screens and everyone loves to see if we will lose.

If there are 4 undefeated conference champs, we get left out. It won't really be a debate. But if there are only 3, we are in.

Yes.

Florida State
Michigan
Oklahoma
Washington

Those four undefeated are going over 1-loss SEC team.

I’m a little surprised they didn’t jump OSU over Mich and UGA after beating Penn St tbh

Not much to consider right now. Asses start puckering in November and there will be upsets. Need to keep winning and gaining more confidence.

I would think by virtue of losing to Texas, Texas would have a better win than us (in your scenario), and OU would have a better win than them, especially if they did it twice.

Even a 1 loss Texas team if they win out over OU gets in over UA. I do not see the committee putting us ahead of a team that beat us at home.

We're going undefeated in the SEC and going to win the SECCG and go to the Playoff with 1 loss but after that I'm not sure what happens. If we have the right matchup we can get to the natty. The entire team needs to play better and with more positive consistency.

The PAC and Big 12 are about to cannibalize themselves. BIG 10i is a fraudulent , two team league, as always.
