Why? So he could be a punching bag in the new SEC then get fired after 3 or 4 years? Odom should stay where he is at for a while longer to enjoy coaching and be comfortable before trying to get back in any high-pressure job.

I’ve always said he will be a good HC. It was just years too soon for us.

Ironically, one of the worst losses in the last quarter century was to UNLV in 2000.

It seems like UNLV should be better at football. Not too far from SoCal, over a million people locally, destination city.

What do you know about coaching at Arkansas and other places where coaches go to lose and then he would have to start over again. I really like UNLV. Brand new stadium. He would be dumb to go jump back in and risking going backwards. He can do better than coaching Arkansas team that is almost a HC killer job. He should wait a few more good years before he jumps back to next level.

It never was a big draw. We even had Sinatra recruiting for us at one point

Nutt got hired after Arkansas. So did Petrino. So did Chad Morris. So did Bielema. Pittman will too if he doesn’t retire. Stop with this “HC killer job” nonsense.

My man, everything Lefty posts is nonsense. No need to comment. Just read it, laugh to yourself and then move on to the next post.

We're not the ones 2-6 who only managed a single field goal on our homecoming game lol

They have been a cash cow to bet on this year. They may have covered every week. I know they have covered the 4 or 5 times I’ve bet them
