Allow me to pump some sunshine into this depressed room.

Saban is far from done. He's still mentally sharp. He still works his arse off. He's still the GOAT.

I find it funny that the same people calling for the GOAT to retire are the same ones who have been downvote spamming me and calling me a troll ever since I joined. frick all of you.

Saban has bungled QB situations before. Perhaps never in such an embarrassing fashion, but he has always struggled with handling QB competitions.

I believe we will see Buchner take over VERY soon, and I believe that we have a really good team AND staff.

That team came to play tonight. The energy was great. The defense balled out all night until they wore down getting no help from the offense.

Remember how Tua came in and all the problems instantly vanished? No more oline issues. No more OC issues. Buchner will have the same effect.

We have an incredibly talented roster.

Saban will make the switch, and we will win the SEC, and beyond.

Losing tonight sucks, but it has no effect on us winning the conference. Sucks that it was a big game, and it was vs Texas, but the whole season is still on the table.

I still have faith

I would give my entire left arm for Tua Tagovailoa to walk onto campus right now

When the games you watch over multiple years are constantly filled with stats about “this is the first time since blah blah blah that an alabama team has lost in this manner”……. well your train of thought seems a bit like whistling past the graveyard to me.

Again, you seems to believe that the only problem with this team is the QB when this game demonstrated that we have a myriad of issues on both sides of the ball.

And I don't think you're appreciating just how fricking horrendous Milroe is at QB.

If Milroe plays three quarters against USF, I doubt we see any changes made till halftime against Ole Miss when we’re down by 14.

Not saying you are wrong by any means. However, QB is the most important position on the field. Poor play there makes those other issues worse.

Did you watch Ole Miss today? We'll beat them handily with Milroe or whoever.

Oh, I absolutely do. He was terrible, no doubt. He’s not the only problem, though. This team has many of the same problems it had last year, but doesn’t have a Heisman QB to help mask some of them. Even when we had Bryce last year, we still lost two games because of our other problems.

Tons of penalties.
Blown coverages.
Missed tackles.
No pass rush.
Can’t get off the field on third down.
Can’t protect our QB.

Milroe is worse than poor. He is absolutely horrendous.

But you're right. The QB affects the energy of the entire team, affects the playcalling, affects the mindset, affects the fans

Milroe is like a giant tumor on an otherwise great team

He’s just enjoying being a bull in a China shop

It’s relatively harmless. And would be fine on the SEC rant. But it’s run its course here.

It’s time to ban him so he can get to work with the new account he’s got ready for us.

That’s what I’m afraid of. No one else will expose Milroe till it really matters.

Wasn't he thoroughly exposed tonight?

He was exposed last week, but this is the best D line we’ll see until Georgia (IF we have that opportunity).
