I think this has been a problem throughout the season for her. She was pitching in high school games last year after all. The innings management has gotten her to this point with her rise ball still having good movement and rarely hanging.

If this was 2-0 lead or Beaver didn’t pitch 1000 innings yesterday, she’d already be in there. With a 4-0 lead, they’re riding her. But I don’t want to give UT any momentum. First runner gets on, pull her.
