I'm not sure you're aware of the history of Mark Richt and the administration/athletic director he had to work with.

Richt was paying asst coaches out of his own pocket on more than one occasion.We were also one of the last SEC schools to build a IPF and the last of the big 6 to hire analyst and additional support staff.

Not exactly sure what ya mean by "resources"but the "support" he received from the last administration was about as piss poor as any big time CFB program in the country.

BTW in 2012 he had a grand total of 63 scholarship players and still almost played for the NC.

It's really unfair to compare the current crop of coaches to their predecessors solely because of the money.

Nowadays you can convince a good coach to come be an OC or a DC for you when they would have made more as an HC at a smaller team 10 years ago.
