DMac’s performance against Alabama in 2007 in the 2nd half was the most physical performance of his career I believe. Maybe not most in yards, but brought us back from a big deficit to force overtime. The offense was almost single-handedly on his back. Alabama knew we couldn’t pass and that he was getting it almost every play late. It was basically McFadden vs the entire Bama D. He finally got so fatigued/concussed he had to be taken out.

Y'all had no business beating us in 2007 with friggin casey Dick slinging the rock. Did even pass for a hundred. Mcfadden on the other hand went for 200+ with 3 TD's, just wouldn't let y'all lose

I saw Darren McFadden play against Alabama in Bryant-Denny back in 2005. He picked up yardage against us that day and I remember being so frustrated by the fact that this freshman kept getting outside against our elite defense. Little did I know...
