We know his total in game 1. If you have the total then pace becomes irrelevant. If he had no yards at the same time in game one or all of his yards in the first quarter, we know the total. For game 2 we can only go by the yards gained at the time in the game he went down. If he had kept the same pace he would have had more catches and yards. We know Georgia never could cover him.

Announcers mention pace all the time. "He's on pace for x number of yards."
Of course, it isn't a fact. We don't have the total. That's why it's called a pace.
