OU vs FSU Softball Championship Series 7-9 Jun. OU wins Title!! 3 Peat!

Starts tonight and FSU is a really good team who will challenge OU. On paper OU should win but thats why you play the games, anything can happen.
Imagine what TV numbers will be like for not just softball but many sports once we join SEC. So many reasons that fans will want to watch reg season games.
And remember, you are always working for the next TV contract. Huge numbers once in SEC will add value to all teams at next TV negotiations. So many peeps will watch just for the newness of it while team fans will want to see how they do on both sides. I can’t wait.
So far the OU/Tenn game has biggest TV nimbers and it was a day game not primetime.

Had zero interest in this. Watched Oklahoma's press conference after their win over Stanford.

I thought Tennessee used some sort of master strategic play to save their ace pitchers against OU in the title game. What happened there?

Yes, that backfired. Twnn coach coached scared. She should take a lot of heat how she used (rather, didn’t use) best pitchers in key game/s. I would reply to their HC and say her best pitxhers will be well rested after the summer off season. Really poor coaching for a really good team.

I don't know. Easy to say that in hindsight. I think she made the right decision, even though it didn't pay off.
There is no universe in which Tennessee beats OU three times. Maybe if she throws her best pitcher against OU and wins, then OU loses again to FSU. But I think the odds of that happening are lower than Tennessee climbing out of the loser's bracket and beating OU twice.
In the end it doesn't matter, OU ain't losing this thing.
