Clark did it during the game. Reese walked up to Clark and done it after the game.

Clark did it to a team prior in the tournament
Angel followed her on the court in the final seconds doing it repeatedly. Did it when they were doing free throws. Also pointed to her ring finger and mouthed stuff.

If you genuinely want to know, talking trash to an opponent during a game or after making a shot and flashing a sign and having some words is much different than seeking out a player, a player that lit your team up btw, and spending several seconds gesturing in their face while everyone else is running out the clock/shaking hands/celebrating.
