If he responded with something that cleared his name or if he didn’t read the text til after the altercation the attorney would have repeated that MULTIPLE times in his release.

It’s silly to cling to that at this point. Miller read the text and didn’t respond at all Or didn’t respond with something that puts him in a positive light

If he responded, it was most likely with something that cleared his name seeing as the DA read it and didn’t press charges
