I wish the various video and audio recordings, together with a full transcript of the text messages could/would be released.

The only thing the statement really adds, and it isn’t inconsequential, is the claim that Miller’s car arrived and parked before the victims Jeep. If that parking is in a pretty normal/routine way and not in a way to intentionally block a pathway for the victims vehicle, that’s key.

I wonder if the reference to blocking the street was more directed at Bradley’s auto or just a poorly worded statement from the detective.

That statement alone cleared a pretty big hurdle for the folks that have lamented for 2 days claiming Miller intentionally blocked the path and trapped the Jeep.

I have no idea why Miller's attorney would make that statement if it weren't true? But I'd think camera footage and street cam's could easily prove this was the case. If it is true that Miller's car arrived before the Jeep entered the scene, then it means it Miller didn't help intentionally set a trap.
