That is your right as an American and bless your heart for the last several decades of a bad product.

However, media drives the bus these days and that means year round content to dish out 24 / 7 / 365. Live content is more valuable than replays from days gone by. Is what it is. That means as a conference we need year round sports to feed the beast. You may not care for the other sports, but without them the media would dry up 9 months out of the year and that is bad for all of us.
