1. Those parking spots are reserved (see these images). I imagine both spots are reserved for Saban as they're directly next to the door leading to the tarmac.
2. When you drive a car that starts at $250k, you gotta park like an a-hole to avoid door dings!

Maybe GrandPaw Saban needs an eye exam. He might need some new bifocals. That’s some parking job.
