Was having this convo at work. First guy I thought of was Muschamp. He's been at LSU, Auburn, Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. Joe Lee Dunn was mentioned. He coached at 3 different places. Does anyone top Muschamp?

Sam Pittman is 4, if you count Missouri as SEC.

Yeah, that was before they were in the league. Good pull though.

Lance Thompson is the first one I think of.
Three stints at Alabama. But also coached at LSU, Tennessee, Auburn, and South Carolina.

Forgot all about him. He's tied with Muschamp with 5.
Kevin Steele is another one with 4.

Thompson is the epitome of a “used car salesman” masquerading as an assistant football coach. Great recruiter but shite position coach.

I think he's out of the SEC right now, but it seems like Tracy Rocker has coached at a lot of schools.

Tracy Rocker would definitely be the leader of the clubhouse. I count six stops.
Arkansas, Ole Miss, Auburn, Georgia, Tennessee, and South Carolina

We have a new leader. Rocker has coached at 6 SEC schools: Auburn, Arkansas, Tennessee, South Carolina, Ole Miss, and UGA.

In another year or so, Shane Beamer will have coached at 6 SEC schools (though only 4 at the time he coached).

Thompson should be the "Parent Liaison Coordinator" in the Recruiting office.

John Chavis also has 4.

Would have guessed Joe Lee Dunn, but he's only been at 4 (SC, Ole Miss, MSU and Arkansas).

Rocker might indeed have the most.
Just on Alabama's current staff:
Sal Sunseri has four (Alabama, Florida, Tennessee, LSU)
Travaris Robinson has four (Alabama, South Carolina, Auburn, Florida)
Todd Grantham has four (Alabama/da, Florida, Mississippi State, Georgia)

John Thompson?
He ties with Jerry Tarkanian for most towels used during a game

Close. He’s been at 5. Arkansas, Bama, Florida, South Carolina, and Ole Miss.
ETA: He spent a month at LSU technically so he’s got 6 as well.
