So 2 5* freshman WRs will make us significantly better?

If they catch the ball when it hits them in the hands and just get 75% of the jump balls that are catchable, then yes, they will improve us dramatically. I'm not sure I have ever seen a football team drop as many passes as we did this year, like glaringly catchable balls.

Now we got absolutely roasted in the NMSU and Maryland games and no amount of 5 star receivers would fix that. Those games were motivation issues that need to be sorted and I don't know how that happens. That will take leadership at the top and leadership in the locker room for sure.

Will 2 true freshman OL improve our line play next year? Will our RB room be better minus Hunter and any new additions?

Hunter was off most of the year this year. We need running backs that can, and will, pick up blitzes. Most of our OLine issues come from blitz packages that don't get picked up for what I remember.

But to answer your questions, yeah, I think another year in a new system will make most of the guys returning better players and a better team. At least, this is what you hope for. If we have the same issues next year as we did this, then we need to look in the offices rather than on the field.

That's all I'm saying, if next year looks like this year it will be trouble. Freeze has alot of IFs heading into next season for us to be better. I don't know that a new QB solves every problem, but I want a competent passing attack for the 1st time in years
