Graduation status does not affect their ability to sign their NIL in the early period….he can’t be an EE but the early period is for all HS players with a scholarship offer.
You guys are confusing being an early enrollee and the early signing period. That was changed several years ago so any player could sign early not just the EEs.

Interesting, then you have his answer, he isn't signing early by choice.
