I saw Kamarion Franklin out of MS posted on the Auburn Twitter sight to the coaches that he would be there the 13th.

I keep hearing our recruiting guys talk about how Freeze is contacting all of our top recruits himself, and just how relentless he is. Feels good man

In an interview with Jeffrey Lee and Keith he said he had contacted every recruit that morning before the interview. Dude grew up on a dairy, he knows what hard work is and is impressive for sure.

He was recruiting during practice Monday. That is a first for me. Brother Hugh is starting to make me have high expectations as hard as he's working at recruiting.

I dont know if you have seen some of those interviews they are doing with the admin side of the football operations. I found them very interesting. Bet you when Coach Freeze sat down to make those calls, they had already been scheduled and he had a bio on each kid in front of him, including what they discussed the last time they spoke, ie grades, hunting, etc.
I noticed they were zoom calls as well. Very good, next junior day when you have 100 kids....a lot easier to put a name with a face when you have been talking to them face to face, versus just a bio picture.

I gotta tell you, whenever you mention Brother Hugh I cant help but think of the character King George on the Netflix series Queen of the South.
Any of you who have seen the series would know what Im talking about. Hugh at his presser after that first practice people wanting a million answers and he says "Brother this is some exciting stuff we have going on". Classic King George when bullets are flying, just looking over at one of his cohorts and drawling out that same line.

Semi recruiting related, but OL analyst Joe Bernardi is the new OL coach at Troy, replacing their old OL coach who left to become an asst OL coach for the Texans.
He's been mentioned a lot alongside Thornton in regards to OL recruiting.
Also Dukes posted a new Scoops:
KJ Bolden will visit the 17th and if the UOV goes well, could be in line for an OV.
Mike Matthews will visit as early as the 13th but before A-Day
Jalyn Crawford will visit the 13th and set up an OV soon thereafter. He wants to commit before his senior season so late July/August seems to be the target timeline. He and Mike Matthews are interested in playing together.

Time to turn the tables. For years the snakes Kirby and Nick have used Gus, Harsin, disfunction of the BOT to negatively recruit against Auburn.

He is an elite recruiter in the mold of Smart, Saban, Dabo, Urban Meyer, etc.
