Eh, nobody thought they'd do this. They were clearly picked behind Alabama and Ohio State.

Nobody thought they'd go 7-5 but nobody really thought they'd win the title either.

"They thought we would go 7-5."

Excuse me, Who thought this?

And being predicted to be number 3 in the country IS NOT BEING DOUBTED.

They were certainly in the conversation. Sure, they lost a lot to the draft, but they had A LOT of talent on that roster. I think they were #3 in the 247 Composite behind Ohio State and Alabama. They definitely had the materials needed to make a run.

You’re a smart guy SoG, so surely you don’t believe that no one thought the #3 ranked defending national champion might just win the championship

Yeah but thats not doubting someone. No one doubted UGA COULD do this, just didnt think they WOULD do this. How often has the preseason #1 won the title? Its like saying no one thought Bama 2020 could win the title because Clemson was picked #1

Not that it matters, but I watched what they did to Oregon in the first game and had a pretty good feeling that this is how the season would end. I never really saw another team as complete as UGA all season.
