I stated elite skill players are needed to compete with the top teams in CFB.
Brian Kelly never had those at Notre Dame, now whether that was his fault or not, we will see going forward.
2018 was kind of a bad example anyway though, that Notre Dame team only had one loss which was to Clemson who ended up beating Alabama just as bad and winning the title.

I used a quantitative metric to measure the amount of elite skill position players on 2018 ND's roster.
If the number of skill position players getting paid by an NFL team isn't what you'd like to use, offer an alternative way to measure it.
