Well, there's the problem

No
You claiming that the 2023 recruiting class will be the best in LSU history is a problem.

You claiming that it will be BKs recruiting that changes his big game success is a problem

Except I never claimed that.

Your reading comprehension is the actual problem here.

It should.

we basically went from "Brian Kelly will be lucky to win 6 games this year" to "Brian Kelly got his arse beat by #1 Georgia in the conference championship game, see, we told you he sucks."
Brian Kelly lost a practical home game to a FSU team whose only win over a currently ranked opponent was LSU.

Brian Kelly got ran out of the fricking building by a God awful A&M team.

Brian Kelly did his best to lose to an Arkansas team that was playing without their starting QB.

Brian Kelly was lucky to beat a team that later fired their coach in the season. (Auburn)

Brian Kelly got absolutely blasted at home by a team that later lost to South Carolina by 25. (Tennessee)

His first full recruiting class at LSU will be in the top five. And some of the biggest contributors on this team that won the west in his first season were true freshmen that he signed, so your logic is the problem, not Brian Kelly’s recruiting.

Okay.

We can do this for any coach in the game.

Hell, Kirby was lucky to beat Missouri this year.

Do you want to discuss his first year?

Have you met Kirby Smart?

BK is recruiting in and against the SEC.
He is 0-3 against Kirby.
I ask, "what is going to change?"
He replies, "recruiting"

It isn't just against Kirby.
He has a history of shitting the bed.

And Kirby was 0-4 vs Saban.

Until he got his program built to a place to where he beat him.

Shitting the bed?!! He won the west in year 1.

What’s with these UGa fans, and their weird obsession with discrediting Brian Kelly’s stellar record? A lot of nervous energy….

Right Kelly was on the hot seat after an 11-1 season and a CFP appearance the season prior.

Ah yes, the 2020 COVID season, when Notre Dame cancelled games with Navy and Arkansas. Replaced Navy with literally nobody. Replaced Arkansas with Duke.

Barely beat a COVID ravaged Clemson team in regular season and then got humiliated by a full strength Clemson in the playoffs.

Yes indeed, Kelly was on the hot seat. Two playoff appearances, two humiliating losses. They knew he wasn't Lou Holtz.

The posters on this Notre Dame board don't seem to agree with your revisionist history.

Brian Kelly to LSU, per report

Lucky my arse. They played uninspired until they woke up. -2 Turnover margin on the road in the SEC and still won.

By comparison, LSU was even in TO margin vs. Arkansas and +3 vs Auburn.

We've already established that Year 1 doesn't really mean anything, but you can go ahead and waste your time.

Then why did you say all of this:

quote:

Brian Kelly lost to a FSU team whose only win over a currently ranked opponent was LSU.

Brian Kelly got ran out of the fricking building by a God awful A&M team.

Brian Kelly did his best to lose to an Arkansas team that was playing without their starting QB.

You can't seem to make up your mind.

So why do you continue to critique Kelly’s? Are you bi-polar?

There were a lot more negatives to LSU's 2022 season than just getting demolished by Gerogia in the SECCG.

First year doesn't mean anything though, according to you.

You're making circular arguments.

Totally disagree, considering what he inherited. Winning the west in year 1 was nothing short of a stellar coaching job. If you can’t come to that conclusion, you are either ignorant or intellectually dishonest.
