Kicking Kitna off the team, is not a legal issue. Also his guilt or innocence, shouldn't matter to the coach or administration.
They boot guys off teams for weed, or being a locker room cancer. Last I checked being a locker room cancer is not illegal. What he has been accused of, and the stupidity of sharing that, is grounds enough for me.
