re: Coordinator’s/Position Coaches

One thing I would eventually love to know, but understand we will never likely know, is the dynamic and decision of hiring all the position coaches before the coordinators.

Was it purely to get to recruiting kids?

Monty and Roberts must be OK with it because they signed on the dotted line, but I have to imagine they had preferences for position guys they wanted.
