There are a ton of videos out there with him teaching defense. YouTube and elsewhere. Several of the Football curriculum companies are selling his material as/as part of their defensive courses.
He runs several different looks, but I'm seeing a good bit of 3-3-5 with a big OLB ("Jack" in his terminology) up on the LOS
Here's one good article from X&O Labs on his "Tampa creepers" concept - 3 high coverage, four underneath, and a simulated rush upfront. Makes my head hurt a little
