He wasn't a State player. He was a high school player being recruited by every big school in the country. Your take about how offensive his behavior was would've been different if he'd signed with Ole Miss.

I still don’t know if that’s worse than Ole Miss signing a guy that was kicked off Florida’s team for using a dead college student’s credit card. Imagine losing your daughter in a vehicle accident and then finding out someone was using her credit card to buy gas. Then imagine another college knowing this and still thinking he’s a good representative for their university.
