No, they're not... remember we're talking about transfers NEXT YEAR.
LSU just won the West, during a rebuild that isn't complete yet. Next year should be a better team, and they've already shown they can beat the main competition (Alabama and Ole Miss) head-to-head.
Tennessee just had their best team in decades this year, and still couldn't overcome UGA for the East. They probably take a step back next year.
I'd have to say, Ole Miss (with Kiffin) has to be a major destination for any offensive player, because he has shown 2 straight years of offensive brilliance, in totally different styles (last year passing, this year running). If you have talent, he WILL highlight it.

Sarkisian may be good at raw talent acquisition, but he can't coach his way out of a wet paper bag and constantly coddles these kids and tells them how great and improved they are despite the fact that they're about to lose to Kansas for the second year in a row (would be the first team since Iowa State in 2008 and 09 to accomplish such a feat)
