Kidding aside, I figured Saban was pissed and didn't really consider the implication of saying that old cliche. It's not like it's the first time Saban accidentally said something while mad that the press jumped on. He's almost always collected in what he says to the press. But even you're pissed off, sometimes you say the wrong thing. Anyone who claims they haven't done that is full of shite.

Losing the assistant that is apparently responsible for the defensive game plan and the other guy who recruited the majority our incredible depth of talent this year in the same season sucks.
