From what I understand, there wasn’t a Ferrari dealership in Nashville? If so, it’s a pretty smart investment. There are a lot of rich Californians moving to Nashville to ruin another place. If you can’t stop them, might as well take their money.

Its in a weird spot literally carved out of the airport just north of an actice runway. Nashville is rich as shite so it makes sense, just crazy location.

He owns Part of Mercedes in Birmingham (Mercedes are made near Tuscaloosa, so that makes sense.).
I don’t see his connection to Ferrari, but maybe he likes fast cars.

When I was a kid my dad took me to a ferrari dealership around ATL and it was also in the ghetto, from what I could tell at that young age. It wasn't sitting on pricey real estate, I can tell you that much.

Frankily amazed any of these even have dealerships, seems direct from mfg would be easier these days for $250k cars.

Got to have some place for oil changes and regular maintenance, slapping a showroom out front just makes sense.
I was very glad of the Porsche experience in Atlanta when I was restoring my old 914(1975) a few years back.

My wife saw a Mercedes at a Saban dealership she wanted. I told her “we’ll look at it but we ain’t buying it”.

Ha I think all the coolness is gone from cars and all suvs look the same. They are all just a big waste of money.
