Check out every SEC marching band.

What section are the xylophones in?

I get that.

But that’s the easy answer

You can play guitars with mallets if you want to

Is a piano a percussion or string instrument?

Who knows. Probably the same reason it begins with the letter ‘x’.

Piano:
String - Chordophones are instruments that produce sound by means of strings stretched between two points, which are then either plucked, bowed, struck, strummed,  vibrating of these strings.

The 12 days of Christmas have way too many birds as gifts, especially at the start of the song. There’s not a bitch in the world who wants that many birds.

I petition that we change 3 French hens to 3 French horns. Just to give the gift giving a little more variety.

And this post is relevant to the thread since I mentioned instruments.

Thank you Land.

A xylophone belongs with the pianos.

Drummers just hit shite.

A xylophonist needs to know the different notes of the flat pieces

Didn’t they play xylophones in the bars and Ho houses of the old west?

Same reason your 14-year old wang and your favorite team are percussion instruments.. both get beat like a drum.

No see, it's how the sounds are produced. Is it produced by a vibrating string, a surface percussion, or wind? It has nothing to do with notes.
