I think everyone is overestimating how easy it will be for him to recruit at a high level. The negative recruiting will be easy and will be overwhelming for the recruits he's going to be going after.

So the high risk is we pay him an absurd amount of money to not recruit as well as we want and not coach as well as we want.

I'd rather we pay a bunch of money for someone who we know for a fact can do one or both of those things. We still don't know for a fact he can recruit in the SEC and we definitely don't know that he can coach in the SEC.

Of course, the likelihood he can't recruit is low - I get that. But man what a freaking disaster that would be if he didn't bring in some good classes right off the bat.
