Need a new OC, Co-DC, and Special Teams Coordinator at a minimum. Anything less and Kiffin isn’t serious about winning. We’re building for a playoff run in 2024.

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but I've never seen a successful Co-DC ran defense.
