Even then, I don’t think they would have been able to get all 11 players set in 2 seconds to run play.

Teams do it all the time.

There’s a definite possibility they frick it up but it’s very likely they get a play off

They had more than 2 seconds to line up and snap the ball. The 2 seconds were what was left on the play clock. They have however much time it takes to set the chains. Which would be more than 2 seconds.
