Yeah but he admitted that he doesn't even think Williams is going to Auburn.
I think he is going to Bama. He had a great visit and we should have one of the best passing offenses in the country and need a WR1.

I wouldn’t put an ounce of faith into this clown. If he happened to be right with actual intel then that would mean this solely is about money…if that’s the case then it ain’t over. All it would take is Auburn changing their mind and upping an offer.
I’m not celebrating until he signs. It’s looking good, though.
You would think watching Thorne pass last year would be enough reason to stay away from Auburn.
But I'm in the same boat. Ready to stop hearing about this particular recruit whether he signs or doesn't.

There are two guys on Thompson they were watching. Can someone tell me about them, name, year, position? Just curious. I never looked at the book to get names.
I’m guessing Jared Smith was one of them. 6-6 230lb defensive end. Top 10 national prospect 2025 class

That dude doesn’t know dick
RW either comes to Bama and he claims he has sources and he was right, or he goes to Auburn and he claims he has sources, he knew all along, and he was just trolling to get Bama fans’ hopes up
Dude needs a life

The other has to be the QB. They also had a good linebacker apparently

More likely it’s Anquon Fegans.

Surprised Domani didn't bring Tre'Quon back with him to Tuscaloosa.

Since he hasn’t committed yet I think I can say this without sour grapes, but what are the odds that this kid is a total diva and a flame out? The dude is making T.O. look reserved
Maybe I’m just hedging my takes. If he commits to Bama, I’ll obviously act like he’s a future 1st rounder

I’ve thought about this, too.

RW has been very transparent. He’s also 16 years old. Definitely not a diva.

I think Ryan Williams is exploring his options, and all the AU trolls are making his recruitment seem worse than it is... what has he really done?
1. Committed to Bama
2. Continued to explore his options to ensure he's making the best decision for his future
3. Decommitted when our entire staff changed, yet kept his official visit.
Time will tell, but I personally don't think HE has done much. It's everyone else that is blowing this out of proportion. On a side note: how many VIP articles can BOL release with updates about Ryan Williams the last two days... none of which I can read since I'm not VIP

I don't think it's a concern. If he was anything approaching T.O. levels of narcissism there is absolutely no way he cancels an OV to a place where they'll sit you down in an Italian supercar and pay a high dollar escort to suck your dick while $100 bills rain down on you. If anything that suggests the exact opposite about him.

I was looking into KDB's recruiting classes (according to 247) at Washington and his record.
KDB joined Washington in November 2021 to replace Jimmy Lake.
1) The 2022 recruiting class was mostly assembled by Lake and his staff.
-Washington 247 Composite recruiting ranking was 95th (yikes).
-Transfer ranking (247) was 24th.
-Overall rank (247): 59th.
>Not good, but this was not KDB's class as far as recruiting goes and w/r transfers he did OK.
>I don't know anything about the quality of Washington's roster at that time (after taking over from Lake), but Washington's record in KDB's first season was 11-2. The season before (under Lake and an interim guy after Lake's firing, they had a 4-8 record.
2) The 2023 recruiting class was fully KDB's.
-Washington 247 Composite recruiting ranking was 26th.
-Transfer ranking (247) was 46th.
-Overall rank (247): 29th.
>By Alabama/HCNS's recruiting standards 26th is beyond aweful, but by Washington's standards its not that bad (they've had higher, but not always).
>Washington's record in KDB's 2nd year was a whopping 14-1.
I guess this means that he may not be a great recruiter, but that the dude flat out coach?
And I am certain that Saban told DeBoer that he knows he (KDB) can coach, but also that in order to survive in the SEC elite recruiting is your lifeline. I'm pretty sure that is what Saban's advice to KDB has been and it appears that KDB has looked at that recruiting element when make his choices for his staff.
I still feel that Bama made a great hire. With KDB as HC Bama will not implode in its first year after Saban.

You can't truly form an opinion on his recruiting ability based on him finishing 26th at Washington. Completely different animal. Hell he might be an incredible recruiter but didn't have much to work with. We just don't know yet.
The HC needs to be able to recruit and put an emphasis on it but having elite recruiters on your staff is most important.

Is today the last possible day to enroll at Bama through drop/add?
If so, no Michigan transfers.
